My name is Mike Carey and I am

We at the Hampshire Registry are

Probate Court has legal jurisdiction over probate and family related
matters such as adoption, guardianships of minors and adults,
divorce, modification of court judgments, and name changes. We are
pleased to be able to bring you this website, which we hope will
serve as a helpful guide to you and help facilitate your interaction
with your probate court. Much of the information and forms that you
will need to conduct your business with the court may be found on
