my name is David E. Sullivan, your Hampshire Register of Probate. I
am honored to serve the citizens of Hampshire County by
making the services provided by Probate and Family Court more
accessible to all.
The introduction of this website
has been one
step in the process of making the court more accessible to the
community. Internet services provide users with needed
information regarding court functions and procedures, and supply the
necessary forms to file a case in the court.
It is our goal to make your experience
at Hampshire County Probate and Family Court as accommodating as
possible. Legal information and forms concerning domestic
relations, adoption, paternity, estates and self-representation will
be available on-line, as well as helpful links to corresponding
agencies.
We are excited to have the opportunity
to modernize our operations and to better assist you through
technological advances. It is our hope that the convenience of
online information and downloadable forms will make the filing
process easier and understanding of court procedures more clear.
